I create a calm, creative wellbeing space designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. These small-group sessions invite you to explore thoughts and feelings through art, colour, symbolism, and metaphor in a relaxed and supportive setting.

You may find these sessions helpful if you want to:

  • Ease anxiety, grief, depression, PTSD and other emotional experiences.

  • Create space for reflection and self-expression.

  • Learn tools for your emotional well-being through a gentle, guided creative practice.

  • Connect with others in a warm, welcoming group.

This is a nurturing space for creative wellbeing, not psychotherapy, counselling, or clinical therapy.

On your healing Journey, each session may include:

  • A short meditation or grounding practice.

  • Gentle creative exploration and expression through arts and crafts, including painting, colouring, sculpting, collage, sewing, origami, etc.

  • Refreshments.

  • Journaling prompts for reflection.

  • A calm closing moment to help you leave feeling settled.
