On your Calm & Creative Journey, each session may include:

A short meditation or grounding practice.

Gentle creative exploration through art using painting, colouring, sculpting, collage, sewing, origami, etc.

Journaling prompts for reflection.

A calm closing moment to help you leave feeling settled.

This is not psychotherapy, counselling, or an art lesson. It is a warm and supportive creative wellbeing session where you are free to join in at your own pace. You do not need to share anything personal.
The classes will be about:

90 minutes long.

For adults.

Small cosy group sessions.

Materials provided, unless you prefer your own.
