The Calm & Creative Group

This is a creative wellbeing session — a warm and gentle space to unwind, explore, and enjoy. We’ll also use symbolism and metaphor along the way. The focus is on creative wellbeing, not psychotherapy, counselling, or clinical therapy.

The classes will be about:
  • 1 hour and 30 minutes long.

  • For adults.

  • Small cosy group sessions.

  • Materials provided, unless you prefer your own.

  • Tea and treats included.

  • All this for only £35
