Cancellation Policy
There are a few changes regarding on-site massages – in order to help keep us both protected and safe. I will be practicing the following: Wear a mask in your presence if requested, but will sanitize my hands before and after sessions as usual. Have a diffuser misting the air with essential oils which are antibacterial, antifungal and anti-viral. Maintaining social distancing when not massaging. Changing sheets/towels after each session as per usual. Airing the room after each session. Disinfecting all surfaces after each client. In order to keep us both safe as possible: Please shower before you come if possible. A fresh mask will be provided for you to wear if needed. Hand sanitizer is available if requested. Please bring your own water bottle. Let me know as soon as possible before your massage if you are not feeling well or cannot make it. Ideally, 24 hours notice is preferable. Unfortunately, if you cancel only a few hours before your therapy, a cover charge of £15 may be requested. I prefer Cash and BACs payments if possible as this cuts down on my card reader bank charges which can mount up unnecessarily. The Federation of Holistic Therapists has confirmed there is no evidence to show COVID infections are spread through the therapeutic massage industry. This could be because of our high standard of training, cleanliness and annual Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which is expected of all FHT therapists.
