Service Description

Experience the Magic of Fusion Massage Fusion Massage, a blend of ancient healing arts, offers a transformative journey for both giver and receiver. With elements from acupressure, yoga, reflexology, and more, this massage is a unique fusion of traditions aimed at restoring and balancing your body's energy system. What to Expect: As you lay comfortably on a massage bed, our therapist will use a combination of techniques to release energy blockages and promote deep healing. Unlike Thai Yoga Massage, Fusion Massage is done on a massage bed, not a futon, allowing for a different but equally effective experience. Who Can Benefit: Fusion Massage is suitable for most individuals, but if you have specific medical conditions, please consult your GP before booking. This massage is particularly effective for relieving muscle tension, joint issues, and stress and anxiety. What Happens During the Massage: Wearing comfortable clothing, you'll experience a rhythmic dance of gentle pressure, stretching, and manipulation. The therapist uses thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, and feet to encourage flexibility and release tension. The session covers your legs, abdomen, arms, chest, neck, and face, all adapted to your preferences. And lastly, it is then completed with a soothing back massage using oils. After-care Advice: After your massage, drink plenty of water to aid detoxification. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol for 24 hours, and take it easy on strenuous exercise. Allow your body to rest and soak in the benefits of this rejuvenating treatment. Pricing: 1 hour treatment: £47.00 Ready to Experience Fusion Massage? Cancellation Policy

There are a few changes regarding on-site massages – in order to help keep us both protected and safe. I will be practicing the following: Wear a mask in your presence if requested, but will sanitize my hands before and after sessions as usual. Have a diffuser misting the air with essential oils which are antibacterial, antifungal and anti-viral. Maintaining social distancing when not massaging. Changing sheets/towels after each session as per usual. Airing the room after each session. Disinfecting all surfaces after each client. In order to keep us both safe as possible: Please shower before you come if possible. A fresh mask will be provided for you to wear if needed. Hand sanitizer is available if requested. Please bring your own water bottle. Let me know as soon as possible before your massage if you are not feeling well or cannot make it. Ideally, 24 hours notice is preferable. Unfortunately, if you cancel only a few hours before your therapy, a cover charge of £15 may be requested. I prefer Cash and BACs payments if possible as this cuts down on my card reader bank charges which can mount up unnecessarily. The Federation of Holistic Therapists has confirmed there is no evidence to show COVID infections are spread through the therapeutic massage industry. This could be because of our high standard of training, cleanliness and annual Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which is expected of all FHT therapists.
