Art For A Therapy
Offers a gentle space for expression, exploration and emotional breathing room. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, curious, or simply longing for some creative “you time”, these sessions invite you to slow down and listen to yourself through art rather than words alone.

In 1–to–1 sessions and small, cosy groups, you’ll be guided to explore your inner world using simple, accessible materials: colouring, collage, sculpting and painting. You do not need any art experience at all – the focus is on how it feels, not how it looks. Together, we’ll use colour, texture, shapes and images to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at a pace that feels safe for you.
