Keeping on the Straight and Narrow

path in a tropical garden

One of my top goals right now is to create a business that runs smoothly even when unavailable, supporting my physical and mental health. Having the right systems in place is crucial for this. Even with over 25 years of digital experience, turning my ideas into reality is still a huge challenge.

Things are constantly changing, and just when I think I’ve got a handle on something, the goalposts shift. It can be overwhelming, and those little thoughts of self-doubt can start to creep in, slowly chipping away at my self-esteem. Do you ever feel like that?

Being a solopreneur is incredibly tough. You have to keep on the straight and narrow. Stay dedicated to your vision and keep reassuring yourself that when the time is right, things will fall into place. It’s a massive juggling act. I try to balance everything by sticking to a strict schedule, prioritising the most important tasks, and constantly reminding myself of what I don’t want from my past (like working 8-hour days at a desk job) and what I’m determined to achieve: a digital therapy business that offers high value at a low cost to clients who need various types of support.

That's why I always ask you in my newsletters to let me know what exactly you're looking for. Maybe you know someone offering a similar product that's too expensive for you, but you want access to it. If so, let me know, and maybe I can collaborate with them to include it in my membership.

Balance & Being is all about helping and healing you, whether you need clarity, focus, commitment, a space to calm your mind, or guidance toward a wholesome, holistic way of life.

This membership is still in its infancy, growing slowly but surely, and I'd love for you to be a part of that journey. Whether you sign up for the membership, share my details with someone you know who will benefit, or just give me feedback, it all helps. It's lonely being solo, so I always look forward to the emails you send in.

Take care, and thank you for your continued support!
